Acceptance

By using this site or purchasing our products you agree to these terms.

Products & licenses

Digital products (e.g., AI Prompt Bible 2026) are licensed, not sold. The license is perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited to the tier you purchased. Each tier includes everything in the tier below it.

Personal License

You may: use the prompts in your own business or personal projects; modify them for your own use; sell or publish the output you generate with them (copy, ads, plans, emails, and similar deliverables).
You may not: use the prompts to deliver work for third-party clients; rebrand, bundle, or redistribute the pack.

Commercial License

You may: everything in Personal, plus use the prompts to produce deliverables for clients as part of freelance, consulting, or agency services, and charge for that work.
You may not: supply the prompt files themselves to clients; rebrand, bundle, or redistribute the pack.

Agency / PLR License

You may: everything in Commercial, plus edit and rewrite the prompts; rebrand them under your own name and branding; bundle the edited prompts into your own paid products, courses, or lead magnets.
You may not: resell or distribute the pack substantially as-is or as a competing prompt pack; transfer, resell, or sub-license the PLR rights themselves to another party.

Applies to all tiers

You may not share your download link publicly or distribute the files. Licenses are granted to one individual or one business entity. To upgrade tiers, contact us and pay the difference. Breach of these terms terminates the license without refund.

Existing customers: anyone who purchased AI Prompt Bible 2026 before the license tiers were introduced retains the rights granted at the time of purchase, which included commercial use in their own and their clients' businesses. These tier definitions apply to purchases made after that date and do not reduce rights already granted.

Payments

Purchases are processed by third parties (e.g., Gumroad, Shopify). Their terms and our Refund Policy apply.

Refunds

All license tiers carry a 7-day money-back guarantee. Email hello@teknly.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Requesting a refund terminates your license and authorizes us to revoke access to the materials. Full details in our Refund Policy.

Disclaimers

Content is provided "as is" for informational purposes. We make no guarantee of specific results or earnings. Any testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not typical results.

Not affiliated

Teknly products are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Amazon except where explicitly stated (Amazon Associates program participation).
